Welcome to the IROC Rhode Island (QARC) website. We are a research program within the Department of Radiation Oncology at the UMass Chan Medical School.

IROC Rhode Island (QARC) is part of the Imaging and Radiation Oncology Core Group (IROC), a member of the NCI National Clinical Trials Network (NCTN).

This website provides information, links and the resources for submitting radiotherapy and/or diagnostic imaging clinical trial data.

Announcements

The QARC / IROC RI office will be closed on
Monday May 25, 2026.

Effective May 27, 2026, QARC / IROC Rhode Island will
relocate to UMass Chan Medical School in Shrewsbury, MA.
A brief service outage is scheduled for May 27 from
12:00 - 4:00 PM (EST), with full system restoration on May 28.

TRIAD remains the preferred submission method for all NCTN trials. For other sponsors, please use the QARC SUBMIT Data Transfer
Portal (portal link available upon request),
as SFTP will no longer be available.

Minimal disruption is expected.
