QARC / IROC Rhode Island Relocation - Service Notice
QARC / IROC Rhode Island has completed its relocation and IT migration to UMass Chan Medical School as of May 27, 2026.
Ongoing optimization efforts may cause occasional changes in efficiency, processing speed, or reviewer connectivity through June 5, 2026.

- Other sponsors: use the QARC SUBMIT Data Transfer Protocol
